These terms cover your use of the Realcheck website and, once available, Realcheck reviews. Realcheck is operated by Strange Attractor FZ-LLC — “we”, “us” and “our” below mean that company, and “you” means the person using Realcheck. By joining the waitlist or receiving a review, you accept these terms.
Realcheck reviews a Dubai property contract — a Form F, Addendum, Unified Tenancy Contract, or Ejari certificate — and produces a plain-English report flagging the clauses worth your attention. (Below, the “review” is the work we do on your document, and the “report” is the written result we send you.) A report is written to help you understand what you're signing. It does not tell you whether to sign it. We aim to deliver your report as quickly as possible; in any case, the process will not take longer than 7 days.
A Realcheck report is decision support. It is not a legal opinion, and it is not a substitute for independent legal advice. We're not your lawyer, and using Realcheck doesn't create a lawyer-client relationship. If a decision genuinely matters to you, verify the position independently.
We do our best to flag what's worth your attention, but no review can guarantee that every issue in a document has been found. Realcheck reports are provided as-is, without warranty of completeness or accuracy.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of Realcheck is limited to the amount you paid for that review. If the review was free or provided at no charge, that amount is nil. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Once a report has been generated and sent to you, that review is final: we don't offer refunds for it.
Don't submit documents you don't have the right to share. Don't use Realcheck to try to extract or reverse-engineer how the review works.
Documents you send for review are used to produce your report, and otherwise as described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
If these terms change, we'll update the effective date shown at the top of this page.
