Give your clients an independent read of their contract
The strongest thing an agent can say to a client is "we're comfortable with someone else checking this." Most firms can't say it, because most contract reviews cost the client money and the client's agent has an obvious interest in the deal closing. Realcheck is built to be the exception: independent of the agent, the seller's agent and the Dubai Land Department, and free to the client because you're covering it.
What your client gets
Independent, plain English, no cost to them
A review of the actual contract in front of them — Form F, a tenancy agreement, or an Ejari — reading the specific clauses that matter, in plain English, with nothing owed and no separate account to create. It doesn't replace your advice or a lawyer's; it's a second, independent read before they sign.
What it costs your firm
Billed to you, not your client — and it gets cheaper the more you use it
Realcheck is billed to the firm, not passed on to the client — that's the whole point of offering it as a value-add. Pricing scales with your volume, and comes down to a conversation about how your agents actually work, rather than a fixed number posted here. Tell us your monthly transaction volume and we'll come back with a rate.
How it looks to your client
- You offer it at the point of signing. "Before you sign, we have an independent read of this done for you, at no cost — want it?"
- They send the document. Through a link you share, or your team submits it on their behalf.
- They get the review, from Realcheck, not from you. It arrives as Realcheck's own report, not repackaged as the agency's work — the independence has to be visible for the trust argument to land.
- You look like the agent who wasn't afraid of being checked. That's the differentiator competitors offering the same listings can't easily copy.
Common questions
Does this replace what we already do for clients?
No. It's decision support that sits alongside your own advice, not a substitute for it or for a lawyer's review on a complex or high-value deal.
Do we have to offer it on every transaction?
No. Your firm signs up; which deals your agents offer it on is up to them, deal by deal — we don't track or enforce that.
What if the review flags something the client is unhappy about?
That's the same risk as any independent check — and part of the trust argument. A firm willing to let its clients see this stands out precisely because most won't.

Realcheck reviews are decision support, not a substitute for independent legal advice. Every report requires acceptance of these terms before it's sent.
